Amends a contract with Clifton Larson Allen LLP to add $60,000.00 for a
new total of $3,545,868.00 and to add three years for a new end date of
12-31-2029 to provide audit assistance with grants and financial
statements, citywide (AUDIT-202475685/AUDIT-202684747-02).
