Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 6:51 p.m., Council
President Sandoval presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 25-1445. No one
spoke in favor of the bill. Jesse Parris spoke in opposition of the bill. Will Prince of
Community Planning and Development delivered the staff report.
A motion offered by Council member Gilmore, duly seconded by Council member
Flynn, that Council Bill 25-1445 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,
carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, November 17, 2025,
Council will hold a courtesy public hearing on Council Bill 25-1578,
approving and accepting the Downtown Denver Area Plan, which Plan shall
become a part of Comprehensive Plan 2040 for the City and County of
Denver pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-61 of the Denver Revised
Municipal Code; and on Monday, December 8, 2025, Council will hold a
required public hearing on Council Bill 25-1635, changing the zoning
classification of 3333 West Regis Boulevard and 5051-5115 North Federal
Boulevard in Regis; and Council Bill 25-1636, changing the zoning
classification for West 3333 Regis Boulevard in Regis. Any protests against
Council Bills 25-1635 and 25-1636 must be filed with the Council Offices no
later than noon on Monday, December 1, 2025.
