17671-17675 East 64th Avenue, in Council District 11. The Committee approved  
filing this item at its meeting on 5-12-2026.

Amends Chapters 1, 34, and 38 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to revise the  
criminal penalties for municipal crimes. The Committee approved filing this item at  
its meeting on 5-13-2026. This item was postponed at the 6-1-2026 meeting until  
6-22-2026.

Hinds, that Council Bill 26-0328 be placed upon final consideration and do pass, was  
followed by a motion offered by Council member Lewis, duly seconded by Council
