Amends a service agreement with The Salvation Army to add  
$4,686,500.00 for a new total of $24,036,500.00 and to extend the term for  
twelve additional months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to operate and  
provide programmatic services at Crossroads, a 24/7 low-barrier  
emergency shelter, in Council District 9  
(HOST-202057237/HOST-202581337-03).  
Council Resolution 25-1372 was approved by consent.  
Amends a contract with Urban Peak Denver (“UP”) by adding  
$1,910,000.00 for a new total of $7,610,000.00 and adding one year for a  
new end date of 12-31-2026, to support UP’s overnight and daytime  
shelter operations and programming for youth ages 15 - 24 experiencing  
homelessness, in Council District 7  
(HOST-202057240/HOST-202581282-05).  
Council Resolution 25-1379 was approved by consent.  
Approves an Ordinance to relinquish the easement in its entirety  
established in the Permanent Non-Exclusive Easement (PNEE) Reception  
No. 2023037098. Located at Broadway Station Filing No. 4, in Council
