Department of Housing and Urban Development for  
$2,377,929.79 with an end date of 9-30-2034 to provide  
funding for services and projects supporting housing  
program areas, citywide (HOST-202683320).  
Approves the resolution to waive the City and County’s  
Right of First Refusal and Right of First Offer provided by  
state law, HB 24-1175. This resolution accompanies the  
Preservation of Affordable Housing Ordinance request.
