Transportation and Infrastructure and Department of

Safety, citywide

date of 12-31-2029 to administer the Denver Fire Retiree

Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP).

Establishes the 2024 Denver Public Schools mill levy for

property taxes due in 2025.

Establishes the 2024 City mill levy for property taxes due

in 2025.

Approves receipt and appropriation of $500,000 in funds

from Arapahoe County related to partial funding for the

Highline Canal Trail/Yale Ave Improvements project, in

Council District 4.
