Approves a contract with PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. for $1,541,122 and for  
three years with two one-year options to extend for a Noise and Operations  
Monitoring System (NOMS) to provide access to EnvironmentalVue and  
PublicVue software, replace the current permanent noise monitoring  
terminals (NMTs), and provide associated technical support and  
maintenance at Denver International Airport in Council District 11  
(PLANE-202473902).  
A motion offered by Vice Chair Flynn, duly seconded by Council member Romero  
Campbell, that Council Resolution 24-1737 be approved for filing, carried by the

A resolution approving a proposed Fourth Amendatory Agreement  
between the City and County of Denver and Touchstone IQ LLC to continue  
providing help desk and compliance services for the Energize Denver  
benchmarking and performance requirements, citywide.  
Amends contract with Touchstone IQ LLC for Energize Denver Hub  
Benchmarking and Performance Policy Services to add $12,107,899 for a  
new total $17,730,699 with and a new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide  
help desk and compliance services for the Energize Denver benchmarking  
and performance requirements, citywide  
(CASR-202475978-03_202160618-03). The last regularly scheduled  
Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-23-2024. The  
Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-4-2024.
