Action Items
Approves a map amendment to rezone properties from G-RH-3 to G-MU-5,
located at 3418 W. 14th Avenue and 1371 N Julian Street in the West
Colfax Neighborhood, Council District 3.
A motion offered by Council member Torres, duly seconded by Vice Chair
Sawyer, that Council Bill 26-1185 be approved for filing, carried by the following

Approves a contract with Northeast Denver Housing Center (NDHC), under
the borrower entity 1600 Pearl LLLP, for $4,522,862.00 with an end date of
12-31-2042 and a 60-year Covenant to provide vital housing in the North
Capitol Hill neighborhood, in Council District 10 (HOST-202683206).
