Consent Items
Approves a map amendment to rezone property from OS-A to I-B, located
at 8250 E 40th Avenue, in Council District 8.
Council Bill 25-1991 was approved by consent.
Approves an agreement with 1371 Xenia, LLC for $1,000,000.00 for a
term of sixty years for the preservation of 23 income-restricted units at
1371 Xenia Street, to be rented at prices affordable to qualifying
households ranging between 40% and 80% AMI, in Council District 8
(HOST-202581299).
Council Resolution 25-2022 was approved by consent.
Approves a contract with The Community Firm (TCF) (dba the Community
Economic Defense Project) for $538,234.00 with an end date of
12-31-2028 to allow for 220 unduplicated households to be served in the
2026 program year and 660 unduplicated households to be served
throughout the program’s duration, citywide (HOST-202582328).
Council Resolution 25-2023 was approved by consent.
Amends a contract with Energy Outreach Colorado Efficiency LLC to add
$499,000.00 for a new total of $998,000.00 and adding one year for a new
end date of 12-31-2026 to continue the provision of energy efficiency
services, beneficial electrification and education for income qualified
multi-family residential units in Denver, citywide
(HRCRS-202578545/HRCRS-202582036-01).
Council Resolution 25-2025 was approved by consent.
Amends a contract with Energy Outreach Colorado Efficiency LLC to add
$383,180.00 for a new total of $766,360.00 and adding twelve months for
a new end date of 12-31-2026 to continue the provision of energy
efficiency services and education for nonprofit facilities serving Denver’s
under-resourced community members, citywide
