Approves a grant agreement with COLORADO WOMENS EMPLOYMENT  
AND EDUCATION INC dba Center for Work Education & Employment, Inc.  
for $544,512.78 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to provide fresh, culturally  
responsive food to Denver resident youth and their families, through  
funding provided by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council  
Districts 1, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 (ENVHL-202580274).  
Council Resolution 25-1063 was approved by consent.  
25-1086  
Amends a contract with Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. to update the legal entity  
to ServiceSource, Inc., to add $715,064.00 for a new total of  
$1,430,128.00, and to add one year for a new end date of 6-30-2026 to  
continue providing supplemental services to Colorado Works Temporary  
Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) participants, citywide  
(SOCSV-202473275/SOCSV-202580415-01).
