Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the
Community College of Denver for $2,500,000.00 in the
first year for an initial three year term to establish the
operational partnership for the Theatre at Loretto Heights,
in Council District 2 (THTRS-202684800).

Approves a Project Funding Agreement and transfer of
naming rights between the City and County of Denver and
the Colorado Symphony Association for $15,000,000.00
with an end date of 12-31-2032 and exempts the existing
Boettcher Concert Hall and its immediate surroundings
from the procedure for naming public buildings or major
components of buildings, in Council District 10
(THTRS-202685266).
