date of 3-1-2031 for the implementation and ongoing support of an AI  
Guided Plan Review platform, citywide (TECHS-202581508).  
A motion offered by Vice Chair Kashmann, duly seconded by Council President  
Sandoval, that Council Resolution 26-0105 be approved for filing, carried by the
