Action Items  
Authorizes the Manager of Finance, on behalf of the city, to execute and  
deliver City and County of Denver Series 2024A Certificates of  
Participation in a par amount not to exceed $90 million for the purpose of  
acquiring an office building at 101 W. Colfax Avenue (“the Denver Post  
Building”) and associated costs of issuance, in Council District 10.  
A motion offered by Council member Torres, duly seconded by Council member  
Kashmann, that Council Bill 24-0249 be approved for filing, carried by the  
following vote:
