Consent Items
Approves a federal grant from the Environmental Protection Agency for
$1,000,000 and through 8-1-2027 for implementation of a Healthy Homes
Electrification Program to fund home electrification and weatherization
retrofits for household with critical needs, reduction of greenhouse gas
emissions from income-qualified homes, improvements to indoor air
quality, and reduction of exposure to pollutants or those living with chronic
respiratory and health conditions in Council Districts 8 and 9
(CASR-202475479).
Council Resolution 24-1153 was approved by consent
Amends a contract with GRID Alternative Colorado Inc., by adding 2 years
for a new ending date of 12-1-2026 to continue to provide the SolarCorps
Fellowship Program, a paid training pathway connecting Denver job
seekers from underserved communities with career opportunities, citywide
(CASR-202475635-02_202161073-02). No change to contract amount.
Council Resolution 24-1155 was approved by consent
Approves a contract with Turk Hava Yollari Anonim Ortakligi Inc. doing
business as Turkish Airlines for an operational and marketing incentive of
$4,000,000 and an ending date of 6-10-2026 for new nonstop international
service to Istanbul Airport (IST) Airport, Istanbul, Turkey at Denver
International Airport, in Council District 11 (PLANE-202473650).
Council Resolution 24-1156 was approved by consent
Amends a contract with Anglin Civil, LLC by adding $32,000,000 for a new
total of $89,500,000 to add service areas for Deice Pads and Inner and
Outer Vehicle Service Roads to the Airside Snow Removal Services
contract to meet increased levels of service for the Airlines at Denver
International Airport (DEN), located in Council District 11 (Legacy
Plane-202264842/202475372). No change to contract duration.
