Amends a contract with Clayton Early Learning to add $18,000.00 for a  
new total of $1,988,083.00 to provide Behavioral Support Services for  
eligible students in Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms as a  
delegate agency of DGKHS. No change to contract term, in Council  
Districts 3, 7, 8, 11 (MOEAI-202580211/MOEAI-202683870-01).
