Amends a contract with Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., (dba  
Catholic Charities) to change the final unit mix. Located

Amends a loan agreement with 18th and Penn Building I,  
LLC to correct the legal land description of the original

Approves a loan agreement with Kappa Housing, Inc. for  
$1,050,000.00 with a 60-year covenant which shall

households between 30% to 50% AMI. This project is  
located at 9095 East 48th Ave, in Council District 8
