Council President Sandoval announced that tonight, there will be a combined  
required public hearing on Council Bills 25-2163, amending the Denver  
Zoning Code, align the code with state mandates and incentives, and  
improve procedures for this alignment, and 25-2164, amending Chapter 59  
(Zoning) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code by aligning certain standards  
with the Denver Zoning Code as a result of state mandates and incentives;  
and a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-2138, changing the zoning  
classification for 1965 Verbena Street in East Colfax.

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, March 16, 2026,  
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0081, changing  
the zoning classification for 385 South Zuni in Athmar Park. Any protests  
against Council Bill 26-0081 must be filed with the Council Offices no later  
than noon on Monday, March 9, 2026.
