Amends an intergovernmental agreement with University  
of Colorado Hospital Authority (UCHA) to add  
$598,299.00 for a new total of $2,636,710.00 and add  
one year for a new end date of 02-28-2026 to provide  
care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals  
living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant  
Area (TGA), citywide (202368046-00/202578471-04).
