HOST Rapid Resolution Contract Amendments  
Amends a contract with the Denver Rescue Mission to add $552,245.00  
for a new total of $1,029,745.00 and to add two years for a new end date of  
12-31-2027 to continue providing rapid resolution services for people  
experiencing homelessness or housing instability, citywide  
(HOST-202370131/HOST-202580851-02).

HOST Rapid Rehousing Contract  
Approves a contract with The Salvation Army for $5,050,000.00 with an  
end date of 6-30-2026 to provide Rapid-Rehousing (RRH) services to  
people experiencing homelessness in the City and County of Denver. The  
Transformational Rapid Rehousing Program (TRRH) will serve over 200  
clients, and support with financial assistance for participants including but  
not limited to: rental assistance, financial assistance, move-in support  
coupled with Critical Time Intervention housing first case management for  
12 months to support client stability, citywide (HOST-202580025).
