Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and

at 211 East 7th Avenue, in Council District 7.  
Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and  
conditions, to SNJK Inc, their successors and assigns, to  
encroach into the right-of-way with an elevated patio  
deck with railings at 215 East 7th Avenue, between the  
sidewalk and the bike lane, in Council District 7.  
Amends contract with Salva Terra Holdings, LLC to add  
$1,500,000.00 for a new total of $2,850,000.00 and to

Approves a one-time Purchase Order with Kois Brothers  
Equipment Company for $810,393.00 to purchase three  
Freightliner M2 Premium Plus Cab Trash Trucks with  
upfits for Denver Parks and Recreation, citywide  
(PO-00168136).  
Approves a contract with SlideRite Inc for $1,000,000.00  
with a term of three years to perform pool painting  
services at indoor and outdoor swimming pools, slides,  
and water features, citywide (PARKS-202579357).  
Approves an ordinance to relinquish the easements in  
their entirety established in the Deeds of Dedication  
Reception No. 2024043744 at 2833 Welton Street, in  
Council District 9.  
Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public  
Right-of-Way as Walnut Street, located at the intersection  
of 40th Street and Walnut Street, in Council District 9.  
Dedicates a City-owned parcel of land as Public  
Right-of-Way as Public Alley, bounded by South Pearl  
Street, East Arkansas Avenue, South Pennsylvania Street,  
and East Florida Avenue, in Council District 7.
