S. COOK LLC, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the  
right-of-way with a metal fence at 2682 South Cook Street, in Council  
District 6.

Amends a contract with WILSON & COMPANY, INC., ENGINEERS &  
ARCHITECTS to add $287,390.00 for a new total of $1,967,352.00 and by  
adding 151 days for a new end date of 5-31-2027 to continue to provide  
engineering design services for the Jewell/Evans Station Bicycle and  
Pedestrian Bridge, in Council District 7
