and, in connection therewith, repealing and re-enacting article X, chapter  
48, adding a new article XI, chapter 48, adding a new article XV, chapter 10,  
and amending article I, chapter 24, of the Code.

Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, September 15,  
2025, Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-1071,  
changing the zoning classification for 1717 East 39th Avenue in Cole; and a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 25-1091, changing the zoning  
classification for 4626 East Louisiana Avenue in Virginia Village. Any protests  
against Council Bills 25-1071 and 25-1091 must be filed with the Council  
Offices no later than noon on Monday, September 8, 2025.
