PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, September 23, 2024, Council  
will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1108 approving an amendment to  
the Welton Corridor Urban Redevelopment Plan for the 29th and Welton Street Project  
and authorizing the creation of the 29th and Welton Street Property Tax and Sales Tax  
Increment Areas; and a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1137 approving a  
proposed Development Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Cherry  
Creek West Development Company, LLC, for the redevelopment of the land known as  
Cherry Creek West located at 2500 E 1st Ave; and on Monday, October 14, 2024,  
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-0732 changing the zoning  
classification for 3821-3897 North Steele Street and 3800-3840 North York Street in  
Clayton. Any protests against Council Bill 24-0732 must be filed with the Council Offices  
no later than noon on Monday, October 7, 2024.
