Council President Sandoval announced that tonight, there will be a required  
public hearing on Council Bill 26-0026, changing the zoning classification for  
multiple properties along West 32nd Avenue in West Highland; and a  
courtesy public hearing on Council Bill 26-0103, approving and accepting  
the Southwest Area Plan, which Plan shall become a part of Comprehensive  
Plan 2040 for the City and County of Denver pursuant to the provisions of  
Section 12-61 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.
