Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado  
Department of Natural Resources for $8,400,000.00 with  
an end date of 12-31-2028 for the implementation of the  
La Alma-Lincoln Park Vision Plan through the Outdoor  
Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) grant, in Council  
District 3 (PARKS-202683454).  
Amends a contract with Aramark Management Services  
Limited Partnership to add $8,400,000.00 for a new total  
of $83,150,000.00 and to add seven months for a new  
end date of 12-31-2026 to provide janitorial services for  
Arts & Venues locations of: Red Rocks Amphitheater,  
McNichols Civic Center Building, Denver Arts Complex,  
and Denver Coliseum, citywide
