to increase their offerings of serving healthy, high-quality

Martin Luther King Boulevard, in Council District 9

Approves a grant agreement with Colorado Food Cluster,  
Inc. for $856,891.09 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to  
provide food offerings to youth, along with increased  
benefits enrollment through funding provided by the  
Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council  
Districts 1, 6, 9, and 10 (ENVHL-202580362).  
Approves a grant agreement with East Colfax Community  
Collective for $795,323.24 with an end date of 7-31-2028  
to provide culturally relevant, fresh meals to Denver  
resident youth and families, funded by the Healthy Food  
for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council Districts 5, 6, 8,  
and 11 (ENVHL-202580186-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with Frontline Farming for  
$989,374.82 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to provide  
nutritious food and hands on food-based education as  
funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative,  
in Council Districts 1, 7, 9, & 11 (ENVHL-202580185).  
Approves a grant agreement with The Hadanou Collective  
dba Southwest Food Coalition for $999,680.00 with an  
end date of 7-31-2028 to provide nutritious food and  
hands on food-based education as funded by the Healthy  
Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council Districts 2,3  
and 7 (ENVHL-202580269-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with Hunger Free Colorado  
for $983,116.56 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to  
provide federal nutrition assistance enrollment as funded  
by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide  
(ENVHL-202580280-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with Kaizen Food Rescue for  
$999,999.87 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to provide  
culturally relevant, fresh food distribution to Denver  
resident youth and their families as funded by the Healthy  
Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council Districts 7, 8  
and 11 (ENVHL-202580271-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with The Consumption  
Literacy Project for $1,000,000.00 with an end date of  
7-31-2028 to provide nutrition education to Denver  
resident youth and their families as funded by the Healthy  
Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, in Council Districts 3, 8,  
9 and 11 (ENVHL-202580272-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with WeeCycle for  
$999,999.58 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to provide  
infant formula and nutrition education to Denver resident  
youth and their families as funded by the Healthy Food  
for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide  
(ENVHL-202580273-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with Denver Health and  
Hospital Authority for $1,000,000.00 with an end date of  
7-31-2028 to enroll patients in and provide Women,  
Infant & Children (WIC) services during pediatric and  
OB/GYN appointments at several Denver Health  
outpatient clinic locations including Eastside, Montbello,  
Westside, Webb Pediatrics, and Pena Clinic, as funded by  
the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide  
(ENVHL-202580277-00).  
Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement with Denver  
Public Schools (DPS) Food and Nutrition Services for  
$863,500.00 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to provide  
DPS schools with chef education to enhance fresh garden  
to table food access across 166 schools funded by the  
Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide  
(ENVHL-202580279-00).  
Approves a grant agreement with Denver Public Schools  
for $574,179.52 with an end date of 7-31-2028 to  
provide reliable healthy food access for Denver’s children,  
as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids  
Initiative, serving Districts 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10  
(ENVHL-202580270-00).
