CONSIDERATION

Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 5:46 p.m., Council
Pro-Tem Romero Campbell presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 26-0062. Dani
Slabaugh, Nola Miguel, Jesse Parris, Yessica Holguin, Selene Lopez, Katie Mckenna,
Ana Varela, Angelina Torres, Claudia Hurtado, Raymunda Carreon, and Mercedes
Gonzales spoke in favor of the bill. No one spoke in opposition of the bill. Edson
Ibanez of Community Planning and Development delivered the staff report.
A motion offered by Council member Sawyer, duly seconded by Council member
Flynn, that Council Bill 26-0062 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,
carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council Pro-Tem Romero Campbell announced that on Monday, April 6,
2026, Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 26-0176,
changing the zoning classification for 17600 East 56th Avenue and 4991
North Telluride Street in Gateway-Green Valley Ranch. Any protests against
Council Bill 26-0176 must be filed with the Council Offices no later than
noon on March 31, 2026.
