Consent Items  
Amends a contract with Stanley Consultants, Inc., adding $195,298.37 for a  
new total of $1,019,845.73 and 730 days for a new ending date of  
10-12-2026 to reconstruct six existing traffic signals along Alameda  
Avenue, in Council Districts 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10  
(DOTI-202474881-01/202264625-01).  
Council Resolution 24-1175 was approved by consent  
Amends a contract with Stantec Architecture, Inc. by adding $338,524 for a  
new total of $1,043,512 and a new ending date of 8-29-2025 to continue  
professional design services for the 5280 Trail on 21st Street from Coors  
Field to Benedict Fountain Park, in Council District 9  
(DOTI-202474625-02DOTI-202055598-01).
