Approves a contract with Bluff Mercy, LLC for $809,287.00 with an end  
date of 12-31-2027 to provide supportive housing for individuals and  
families experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST-202582462).  
Council Resolution 25-2107 was approved by consent.  
Amends a contract with Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Bridge  
Housing to add $1,327,633.00 for a new total of $7,566,888.00 and adding  
twelve months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide temporary  
housing and support to homeless households who have an identified  
housing resource, citywide (HOST-202057227/HOST-202582534-04).

Approves a contract with The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless for  
$6,078,974.00 with an end date of 12-31-2027 to provide supportive  
housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, citywide  
(HOST-202582483).

Amends a service agreement with St. Francis Center to add $215,245.00  
for a new total of $1,291,470.00 and adding twelve months for a new end  
date of 12-31-2026 to provide operational support of storage services for  
people experiencing homelessness, citywide  
(HOST-202057239/HOST-202582535-02).

end date 12-31-2027 to provide supportive housing for youth experiencing
