Approves a rescission and an appropriation in the Denver Public Library  
Special Revenue Fund (15830) to transfer cash to and appropriate budget  
in the Denver Public Library Capital Projects Fund (34041), citywide.  
Council Bill 25-1260 was approved by consent.  
Approves the capital equipment purchase of a replacement vehicle from  
the Risk Management Fund (SRF 11838) to support operations of the  
Denver Fire Department, citywide.
