date of 9-30-2028 to implement energy efficiency upgrades and conduct  
energy audits at municipal buildings, citywide (CASR-202581161).  
Council Resolution 26-0065 was approved by consent.  
Approves a contract with BELFOR Environmental, Inc. for $11,175,000.00  
and for six months for a one-time deep cleaning of the tunnel system and  
basements to support operations at Denver International Airport (DEN) in  
Council District 11 (PLANE-202581668).
