PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, February 24, 2025, Council will  
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0013 changing the zoning classification  
for 1709 North Williams Street in City Park West; and a required public hearing on  
Council Bill 25-0030 changing the zoning classification for 1628 & 1630 South Ogden  
Street in Platt Park. Any protests against Council Bills 25-0013 and 25-0030 must be  
filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
