Approves a contract with Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Incorporated for  
$3,392,223.00 with an end date of 3-31-2027 for observational field  
assessments of targeted City-owned buildings/facilities and their  
respective building assets (i.e., building systems, components, and/or  
equipment), identifying existing and potential issues, assessing the  
remaining useful life of assets, and prioritization of maintenance and repair  
needs, citywide (DOTI-202683100).

Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and conditions, to Heidi  
Elizabeth Schroeder who acquired title as Elizabeth Heidi Kealey and  
Thomas J. Zingaro, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the  
right-of-way with an existing garage, encroaching into the alley at 2535  
West 35th Avenue, in Council District 1.  
Council Resolution 26-0358 was approved by consent.  
Amends a contract with Triunity, Inc. to add $6,900,000.00 a new total of  
$24,700,000.00 and to add 9 months for a new end date of 9-30-2028 for  
Owner's Representative professional services for the East Colfax BRT  
project, in Council Districts 5, 8, 9, 10  
(DOTI-202265837/DOTI-202683395-02).
