Consent Items  
Amends a master purchase order with The Goodyear Tire  
and Rubber Company by adding $2,000,000 for a new  
total of $3,000,000 and one additional year for a new end  
date of 7-31-2024 for new radial tires, radial tire  
retreading, mounting of retreaded tires on City-owned  
wheels, tire repairs, and wheel painting on medium- and  
heavy-duty vehicles and off-road equipment in on- and  
off-road applications, citywide (SC-00007369).  
Amends a master purchase order with Michaels of Denver  
Catering by adding $800,000 for a new total of $2,900,00  
and one year with a new end date 8-14-2025 for the  
Tasty Food Program, administered by the Office of  
Children’s Affairs (OCA), which delivers free and  
nutritious meals to children 18 years and under  
throughout the year via the At-Risk After School Meal  
Program during Denver Public Schools school year, and  
the Summer Food Service Program during the summer  
break, citywide (SC-00004901).  
Approves a contract amendment with Skillsoft (US) LLC  
adding $246,061.15 or a new total of $2,838,677.24 and  
one year for a new ending date of 5-30-2025 to provide  
online training content services for employee  
development, citywide (CSAHR-202473581-08 /  
Approving the City Council reappointment of Aylene  
McCallum to the Department of Transportation and  
Infrastructure Advisory Board.
