Approves a map amendment to rezone property from
E-SU-Dx to E-TU-C, located at 76 N Hazel Ct., 80-90
Yates St., and 4519 W 3rd Ave., in Council District 3.
Libbie Glick, Community Planning and Development
Amends the Denver Revised Municipal Code, Sec.27-150
and Sec. 27-164 to allow for a Department of Housing
Stability to draft and submit a one-year continuation plan
for 2027. The ordinance also states that HOST will bring
forward its next long-range strategic plan for approval in
September 2027 which will go into effect in January
2028.
