Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 5:58 p.m., Council
President Torres presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 23-1083. Konrad
Stefanek, Jesse Parris, Charles Nusbaum, Eileen Corcoran, Teddy Strelecky,
Deborah Campbell, Christopher Johnston, Colleen Eager, and Timothy Swanson
signed up to speak in favor of the bill. No speakers signed up to speak in opposition
of the bill. Tracy Huggins of Community Planning and Development delivered the
staff report.
A motion offered by Councilmember Alvidrez, duly seconded by Councilmember
Gilmore, that Council Bill 23-1083 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,
carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Council President Torres announced that on Monday, October 9, 2023, Council will hold a
required public hearing on Council Bill 23-1047 changing the zoning classification for
4710 North Lincoln Street and 4748 North Leaf Court in Globeville; and, on Monday,
October 16, 2023, Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 23-1127
changing the zoning classification for Multiple properties in the University neighborhood.
Any protests against Council Bill 23-1047 must be filed with the Council Offices no later
than noon on Monday, October 2, 2023. Any protests against Council Bill 23-1127 must
be filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, October 9, 2023.
