$4,000,000 and for three years for the collection of discarded and  
abandoned solid wastes including putrescible wastes, medical waste, drug  
paraphernalia, and other materials in alleys, sidewalks, parks, and other  
public spaces, citywide (ESEQD-202472496-00).
