COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENTS  
Council President Sandoval, Council President Pro Tem Romero Campbell, and Council  
members Gilmore, Lewis, and Gonzales-Gutierrez offered announcements.  
Council President Sandoval also announced that on Monday, November 18, 2024,  
Council is scheduled to sit as the quasi-judicial Board of Equalization to consider  
reduction of total cost assessments for Local Maintenance Districts. Two written protests  
of  
assessment for the 20th Street Pedestrian Mall, which is located in Council Districts 9  
and 10, and eight written protests of assessments for the St. Luke's Pedestrian Mall,  
which is located in Council Districts 9 and 10, were filed with the Manager of the  
Department of Transportation and Infrastructure by the deadline of October 31, 2024.  
Therefore, Council will sit as the Board of Equalization for the 20th Street Pedestrian  
Mall and St. Luke's Pedestrian Mall.  
No written protests of assessment were filed with the Manager of the Department of  
Transportation and Infrastructure by the deadline of October 31, 2024, for the following  
Local Maintenance Districts and, therefore,  
Council will not sit as the Board of Equalization on Monday, November 18, 2024, for:

combined required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1302 amending the Denver Zoning  
Code, concerning accessory dwelling units, on Council Bill 24-1303 amending Chapter  
59 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code, concerning accessory dwelling units, and  
24-1304 changing the zoning map to remove obsolete zone districts citywide ADUs text  
amendment, citywide; and a required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1313 changing  
the zoning classification for 2950 Tennyson Street and 4421 West 29th Avenue in West  
Highland.

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on December 16, Council will hold a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1589 to amend Chapter 59 (Zoning) of the  
Revised Municipal Code relating to the Denver Zoning Code and to amend and restate  
the Denver Zoning Code and Council Bill 24-1590 amending Chapter 59 of the Revised  
Municipal Code, concerning regulation of land retaining zoning designation under former  
chapter 59 to align with certain regulations of the Denver Zoning Code; and a required  
public hearing on Council Bill 24-1372 changing the zoning classification for 2258 North  
Perry Street in Sloan Lake. Any protests against Council Bill 24-1372 must be filed with  
the Council Offices no later than noon on Monday, December 9, 2024.
