Council Bill 24-1599 be amended in the following particulars:  
"1.  
On page 1, line 30, strike subsection (d), and replace with:  
“(d) The Ballpark Denver General Improvement District (“GID”) has been organized  
in accordance with Ordinance No. 766, Series of 2024, and, as such, the GID shall  
assume responsibility for the annual costs of the continuing care, operation, repair,  
maintenance, and replacement of the Consolidated Larimer Street Pedestrian Mall;  
and”  
2. On page 2, line 1, insert a new subsection (e), which states:  
“(e) Due to the organization of the GID, the Consolidated Larimer Street Pedestrian  
Mall: 1) will have no further responsibility for the annual costs of the continuing care,  
operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of the Consolidated Larimer Street  
Pedestrian Mall; 2) will be sought-to-be terminated and dissolved by the Executive  
Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure; and 3) will assess  
no amounts against the real properties, exclusive of improvements thereon,  
benefited within the Consolidated Larimer Street Pedestrian Mall in 2025.”  
3. On page 2, line 4, strike section 3, and replace with:

2025 Work Plan and 2025 Budget, including the Capital Charges and 2025 Maintenance  
Charges, and making appropriations for the 2025 Fiscal Year; as the Board of Directors  
of the Gateway Village General Improvement District to approve a Work Plan, adopt a  
Budget and make appropriations for the Budget Year 2025 and approve a Mill Levy; as  
the Board of Directors for the RiNo Denver General Improvement District to approve a  
Work Plan, adopt a Budget, impose Capital Charges and Maintenance Charges, approve  
a Mill Levy, and make appropriations for the 2025 Fiscal Year; and as the Board of  
Directors of the Sun Valley Denver General Improvement District to approve a Work
