PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that, on Monday, February 24, 2025, Council will  
hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0097 changing the zoning classification  
for 5401 East Dakota Avenue in Washington Virginia Vale. Any protests against Council  
Bill 25-0097 must be filed with the Council Offices no later than noon on Tuesday,  
February 18, 2025.
