PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, April 14, 2025,  
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0249 changing  
the zoning classification for 3419 West 5th Avenue in Barnum; and a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1312 changing the zoning  
classification for 500, 501 and 551 Wazee Street in Auraria. Any protests  
against Council Bill 25-0249 or 24-1312, must be filed with the Council  
Offices no later than noon on Monday, April 7, 2025.
