Council sat as a Committee of the Whole, commencing at 5:47 p.m., Council  
President Sandoval presiding, to hear speakers on Council Bill 25-0086. No speakers  
signed up in favor of the bill. Jesse Paris and David Pardo signed up to speak in  
opposition of the bill. Libby Glick of Community Planning and Development delivered  
the staff report.  
A motion offered by Council member Flynn, duly seconded by Council member  
Gilmore, that Council Bill 25-0086 be placed upon final consideration and do pass,  
carried by the following vote:

PRE-ADJOURNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT  
Council President Sandoval announced that on Monday, April 14, 2025,  
Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 25-0249 changing  
the zoning classification for 3419 West 5th Avenue in Barnum; and a  
required public hearing on Council Bill 24-1312 changing the zoning  
classification for 500, 501 and 551 Wazee Street in Auraria. Any protests  
against Council Bill 25-0249 or 24-1312, must be filed with the Council  
Offices no later than noon on Monday, April 7, 2025.  
ADJOURN  
There being no further business before the City Council, Council President Sandoval  
adjourned the meeting at 6:12 p.m.
