Consent Items
Amends a Lease Agreement with The State of Colorado, to add
$167,634.38 for a new total of $765,672.50 and to add 24 months for a
new end date of 11-30-2028 for general office space for the Division of
Motor Vehicles at 4685 Peoria Street, Denver, CO 80239, Northeast
Denver, in Council District 8 (FINAN-201841987FINAN-202685538-02).
Council Bill 26-1259 was approved by consent.
Approves the Revocable License Agreement with Colorado Village
Collaborative for $10.00 per year with a maximum contract amount of
$20.00 starting from the effective date of this agreement estimated to be
9-1-2026 to 12-31-2026, to operate safe outdoor space pallet shelters for
those experiencing homelessness located at a portion of the parking lot of
3815 N Steele Street in the Clayton Neighborhood, Council District 9
(FINAN-202685471).
