Approves a Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado Department of Labor & Employment federal financial assistance with an end date of 6-30-2028 for implementation and operation of existing and new programs for the State’s workforce development program in Section 8-83-204 C.R.S. and Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
