Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Work will be accomplished via an Integrated Contract, where Work Orders may be awarded to multiple contractors under the Integrated Contract, ensuring equal opportunity throughout the community and market to perform this work. All Task Orders will be issued by DOTI to enable Design and construction of improvements to address findings in Accessibility Phase II for ADA non-compliant items and for construction of accessible sidewalks throughout the City. Non-compliant items are of various types, including toilet partitions/fixtures, paving/flat work, elevators and controls, signage, door hardware, gate hardware, vending machines, EV charging stations, ATM fare machines, millwork, restroom accessories, misc. accessible sidewalks, and ramps. Locations include the Colorado Convention Center, Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, Denver Animal Shelter, DPAC, East Side Office Building, Fire Station 2, Fire Station 10, Fire Station 18, Fire Station 9, Fire Station 26, Justice Center Detention Center, Police District 1, Police District 2, Police District 3, Castro Building, Wellington Webb Building, and Red Rocks Amphitheater.
