Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The selected contractor will provide professional design services to plan, design, and test changes and modifications to various life safety systems at DEN, including but not limited to, fire alarms, fire suppression systems, smoke control systems, UPS systems, and emergency power systems.  In addition, this contract will provide International and Denver amendment-centric code studies and accessibility studies.
