Amends a revenue contract with Visible Service, LLC by adding one year for a new end date of 4-30-24, modifying timing related to the payment schedule and revising sponsorship benefits to be provided in connection with Denver Arts and Venues managed facilities. No change to contract amount (THTRS-201953078). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-8-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-2-20.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
A&V seeks to amend sponsorship contract THTRS-201953078 by adding one year to the contract as a result of COVID-19 impacts on the 2020 Red Rocks concert season. Due to COVID-19 related uncertainty for the 2021 Red Rocks concert season, A&V also seeks to retain the existing option to extend the contract by one additional year, as revised, from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. The payment schedule shall be revised to charge no fee to Visible in 2022 in consideration of the lost 2020 Red Rocks concert season. Mutually-agreed upon sponsorship benefits shall also be incorporated into the existing agreement.
