Existing lease will expire on September 25, 2022.  However, the Service Agreement with HOST (HOST-202057237) does not expire until December 31, 2023.  This amendment extends the lease to be co-terminous with the Service Agreement on December 31, 2023.  The Crossroads Shelter provides 24/7 emergency shelter for men and transgender persons who are experiencing homelessness.
