Amends an on-call contract with Sky Blue Builder, LLC by adding $500,000 for a new total of $2,500,000 and two years for a new end date of 4-07-2026, to continue providing landside activities maintenance and repair services for Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-2367775 / PLANE-202056971). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-2-2023.

Provide on-call landside facilities maintenance and repair services to various trade services on an as-needed basis. The contractor is to provide professional maintenance services for all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, building (carpentry, roofing, glazier), and exterior paint services as needed for DEN landside as requested by a project manager and approved by separate task authorization.
