The Denver Zoning Code text amendment is part of a regulatory package that is also proposed to include new Design Standards and Guidelines (adopted as administrative Rules & Regulations) and affordable housing requirements (adopted by amendment to Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code), applicable within the proposed D-CPV zone districts, to implement the objectives of the recently adopted Downtown Area Plan Amendment.
