A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and PMAM Corporation to continue providing security alarm permitting and related services.
Amends a contract with PMAM Corporation by adding $200,000 for a new total of $1,350,000 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-2024 to continue providing security alarm permitting and related services, citywide, while a new procurement is executed (EXCIS- 201522947-03/ 202367132-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-26-2023.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The purpose of this Agreement is for the Contractor to manage and implement the City’s alarms systems Ordinance found at Chapter 42 Article IV of the Denver Revised Municipal Code. The Contractor will remotely act as a single point of customer contact, issuing and renewing permits, generating reports, working to reduce false alarms in the City, working with the City in assessing fees and assisting in appeals and working with City interfaces.
